Concetta has an exceptional understanding of the unique complexities of managing healthcare settings. With years of managerial experience and assistance in various medical offices, Concetta joined the Balance team in 2023, bringing a passion to learn and uplift her colleagues. In her time working at Balance, Concetta has greatly appreciated the work-life balance and a true sense of being treated like family.
Concetta grew up in Mentor before attending Lake Erie College where she earned an Associates Degree in medical assisting. In her free time, Concetta values attending church, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her husband, Joe, her daughters, and their American Akita.
