The Balance Foot & Ankle Spa has been uniquely designed by our staff to bring our clients a boutique style spa experience while maintaining the strict standards and techniques of a medical facility. Our natural and organic spa follows the same stringent guidelines on sterilization requirements as those established in our practice. The spa is overseen by our board certified staff surgeons ensuring superior standards, products, and care. We have selected air purifying plants, locally curated natural and organic products, and non toxic cleaning techniques, such as hospital grade steam sterilization of all instruments used.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS CAN EXPECT:
Luxurious pedicures and specialty treatments in your own private Balance Spa suite.
Coordinated care with one of our Board Certified surgeons if needed.
Complimentary beverages and aromatherapy offered during your services.
ARRIVAL AT THE SPA:
Spa guests must be at least 8 years of age and accompanied by an adult also receiving a service.
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Please understand that your treatments will start and end on time according to your scheduled appointment time in order to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift certificates are available for purchase.
PRECAUTIONS:
Be sure to notify our staff if you have allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, physical ailments, or are pregnant.
PAYMENTS:
Insurance plans will not cover any spa services.
Cash, checks, credit cards, or debit cards are accepted.
Gratuities in cash only please.
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT:
We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel your appointment, however we require a 24 hour notification in advance. Full payment is required should cancellation be received after this time.
